Public Notice for Bylaw No. 2025-04 - Zoning Bylaw Map Amendment
Public Notice is hereby given that the RM of Lumsden No. 189 intends to adopt a bylaw under The Planning and Development Act, to rezone proposed Parcel B within the NW-21-19-20-W2M from the A - Agriculture District to the CR2 - Medium Density Residential District to accommodate a proposed residential subdivision.
A Public Hearing will be held on June 5, 2025, at 2:00pm at the Dew Drop In at 275 James Street N in Lumsden. Please see below for more information.
